Introduction
Greetz Ltd. (“Greetz”, “we” or “our”) is committed to offering high-quality services and products in which reliability is highly instrumental. Respecting our customers’ privacy and handling their personal data in a responsible manner are important factors in establishing our company’s reliability.

This Privacy Policy supplies information with respect to the way we use personal data of each visitor to our websites (“the user”) collected via our websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites linked to our websites without our written and express permission.

Greetz
Greetz is also a Greetz service offering the possibility of creating personalised products online (e.g. greeting cards) which are delivered to the recipient provided with a personal message. Addresses can be filled in or multiple addresses can be uploaded.

Personal data and collection method
When performing our services we may collect and record personal data of and about the user both directly and indirectly.

Such personal data includes:
• the sender’s contact details,
• the recipient’s contact details,
• the sender’s email address,
• the recipient's email address,
• the sender’s account/credit card details
• the user’s IP address,
• photographs of individuals, and/or
• your transaction details.

We will not collect personal data other than is reasonably necessary to execute the order and/or for the purposes outlined above. We will furthermore not store the personal data in an identifiable form any longer than required for the purposes for which these are collected and subsequently processed

How do we use your data?
The purpose of processing users’ personal data is to:
• collect and process personal data to execute orders;
• to create and deliver our products including but not restricted to greeting cards;
• payment of creation and delivery
• prevent abuse of the service,
• we also use anonymous statistics with respect to the use of the Greetz website  to optimize the customer service of the Greetz services;
• we intend to continue improving the content and function of our website. For this reason, we may monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve the design and layout of our site and provide content of interest to you;
• contacting you for marketing purposes such as but not restricted to communicating discounts and/or special offers of Greetz and/or its affiliated businesses;
• we may need to share your information with our service providers and agents for these purposes we may disclose personal data in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

The personal data of the user and the recipient as well as details with respect to contents and layout of the products will be used for no purposes other than the purposes outlined above.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies, i.e. simple small data files stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer which we can access when you visit our site in future. These cookies are used for the sole purpose of making the use of the website easer for the user. Data is recorded in a cookie when our website is visited and/or used. You may set your browser to refuse cookies. In that case it will still be possible to visit all parts of the website.

The following data is stored in cookies:
• your IP address;
• session ID;
• User ID (encrypted);
• Password (encrypted);
• the referring website; and
• order ID.

If you want to delete any cookies that are already on your computer, please refer to the instructions for your file management software to locate the file or directory that stores cookies.  Our cookies will have the file names jsessionid.txt,.greetzshop.txt and greetzauth.txt. Marketing
We will use the personal data we obtained for marketing purposes only if you have authorised us to do so. If you do not appreciate our using your data for this purpose you can simply click on the “unsubscribe” link free of charge.

Supplying data to third parties
We do not make your personal data available to third parties, except:
• Organisations involved in financial transactions and third parties retained by us for the purpose of Greetz;
• If we are enjoined to do so by law;
• If required to safeguard our visitors’ or our rights;
• Group companies and/or partners of Greetz;

However, in these cases your personal data will only be provided if the third parties concerned have undertaken to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data unless we are obliged to make the disclosure by law

Security
The security of the payment window and payment of the Greetz greeting cards has been optimised. The security is based on so-called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Supplying incorrect information is punishable. Abuse will be reported to the authorities. We cooperate with a Payment Service Provider to process Internet payments.

Payment
Our Payment Service Provider processes all financial transactions involved with orders on the Greetz website.

We will charge a maximum of GBP 10 in administrative costs for providing the copies.

If you wish to object against our use of your data or if you have any questions, comments or complaints concerning our protection of your personal data you can also contact us in writing at the above address. We will respond within four weeks.

Changes
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. In order to check these please consult the Policy regularly.

You should note that if our business (or any part of it) is sold or transferred at any time, the information we hold may form part of the assets transferred although will still only be used in accordance with this policy.
