- Will my personal data be secure?Greetz saves your personal and card information only for your use. Next to that Greetz will inform you via e-mail about the latest promotions.
- How do I become a MyGreetz member?You can register on the homepage of Greetz. It's very easy. All you've got to do is fill in some personal information, e-mail and come up with a password. After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can immediately start creating cards with your new MyGreetz account!
- What features offers MyGreetz?You can create your own address book, make use of the calendar or view and resend your previously created cards.
- What are the benefits of a MyGreetz membership?When you register as a MyGreetz member, you will automatically receive one free stamp. We also offer a couple of ways to get a free card! Every 10 addresses from friends or family members will provide you a promotional code for a free card. When you send 10 or more card in one month, you will get a free promotional code for a card at the beginning of the next month. As a MyGreetz member you will always automatically receive a discount on your cards when you are logged in.
- When will I receive a reminder?After adding a moment in your calendar you will receive a e-mail, we call this an "alert", two days before the actual event date.
- How do I add a moment in my calendar?Click on add moment in your calendar. You only have to fill in the asked information and save. It's as easy as that.
- What is a calendar?By using your own MyGreetz calendar, you will never forget a birtday, wedding day or other occasions to send a card. Simply enter your occasions in your private calendar and you will receive an e-mail to remind you to send your card in time.
- What is a mailing group?Creating a mailing group makes it easy to creat a card and then send the same card to the entire group.
- How do I add an address?You can add addresses manually yourself or invite friends and family to fill your address book. You can invite them through an e-mail that you send yourself or let Greetz send one. It's also possible to download our Excel format, fill this with addresses and import it to your address book.
- What are the benefits of using the MyGreetz address book?By using MyGreetz you wille never have to search for an address again. The information of everyone you've ever send a card to will automatically be saved in your address book. You can also add addresses yourself.
- What does the status of my order indicate?MyGreetz always shows the status of your card: Printed and send, payed and planned or payment failed. If the card is send out it won't be possible to edit or cancel your card.
- Can I edit or cancel a card?
Only if the card isn't already send out it is possible to edit or cancel it.
If you were logged in while making the card, you can follow the next steps to cancel it:
* Go to 'My cards' on the website
* Click at 'show' next to the concerning ordercode
* Click on 'delete' which stands next to card.
After deleting a card you will receive a discount code through e-mail. This code is worth the same amount as the deleted card. The validity of this code is a year.
If you weren't logged in while creating the card, then we can delete the card for you. Just send an e-mail to our customer service. They will send you a discount code with which you can create a new card. - What functionality offers "Your cards"?"Your cards" offers a history of all the cards you have ever created with Greetz. You can check orders, reoder or even remove cards that aren't printed yet!
- Special offersIf you have an account and you are subscribed to the newsletter, Greetz will automatically inform you through e-mail regarding the last special offers.
- Which criteria should my password meet?Your password must be a 6-digit combination. Both letters and numbers are allowed. Remember that Passwords are case sensitive. If you check the box 'remember me' your e-mail and password will automatically be saved on your computer and automatically will be filled in next time you visit Greetz.
- I forget my password. Can you send it to me?
It's very easy to get a new password. Just click on the question mark next to the log in field. Fill in your e-mail and Greetz will send you a e-mail in which you will find a link where you can fill in a new password.
- How do I change my e-mail or password?Go to "your information" on the website and click on "change e-mail" if you want to change your e-mail address. Fill in the new address and click on "save". When you want to change your password, you have to go to "change password". After filling in a new password you can click on "save".
- How can I use my promotional code?To redeem your promotional code you enter your code when performing the payment step. There you'll find a promotional code field. Click on "calculate" after entering your code.rkomt overname foutjes.
- Why doesn't my promotion code work?Promotional codes from Greetz excist out of numbers and letters. Letters are always in capitals. The free stamp code, which you'll receive after registration, can only be used when logged in with your own account. Also make sure to click on the "calculate" button after filling in your code, otherwhise your code won't be activated
Got an invalid notification? First check if the code is entered right. The best way to enter a code is to copy and paste.
How to copy/paste:
Select the promotional code by dragging your mouse over it while pressing your left mousebutton. The promotional code is now surrounded by a colored beam. Now click on the beam with the right mousebutton. Choose "copy" from the dropdown menu. Go to the promotional code field on the website. Click with the right mousebutton on the field and choose "paste" in the menu.
- What kind of cards can I create at Greetz?Greetz offers two types of cards. You can use an image of your own (f.e. Digital photo, scanned photo, image from internet) or you can choose an image from the Greetz collection. The Greetz collection offers all kind of fun cards seperated in different themes such as birthday, get well soon, new baby or new home. With special holidays, such as Christmas, you can also find the right card at Greetz. When creating a photocard, you can choose from many photo templates. When you choose the XL size card you can also add a sound to your card.
- What is the maximum amount of cards that I can order at once?With MyGreetz you can order up till 100 cards at once. The more cards you order the bigger discount you will get. You can place mutliple orders when you want to order more than 100 cards.
- Is it possible to send cards in a package to my home address?When you want to send cards to yourself in a package, you choose 'order package' after choosing the card size. Use the dropdown menu to select the number of cards and stamps you would like to receive. It's also possible to order different cards in a package. Unfortunately Supersize cards can't be send to your home address in a package. They are to big to send as a package.
- What type of cards offers Greetz?The price of a postcard starts at €1,50 exc. Postage and is send without a cover. A folded greeting card with cover can be ordered for €2,25 exc. Postage. The folded XL cards, that measure 6,6x9,1 inch (16,7x23 cm), can be ordered for €3,75 and a SuperSize card of 9,4x13 inch (24x33 cm) will cost €6,75 exc. postage. The square cards start at a price of €2,50 exc. postage. For the entire card overview you can go to "Pricing and payment".
- What is the size of a Greetz card?A standard Greetz greeting card measures 4,7x6,5 inch (12x16,6 cm). The size of a Greetz XL-card is 6,6x9,1 inch (16,7x23 cm). That's almost twice as big as a standard Greetz card. A SuperSize card measures 9,4x13 inch (24x33 cm). Square cards are 5,1x5,1 inch (13x13 cm) big. For all the exact sizes you can take a look at "prices".
- Is it possible to send a Greetz greeting card by E-mail?Greetz does not offer electronic greeting cards. We offer high-quality paper cards that will be delivered to your friends and family by traditional post.
- Can I send a Greetz greeting card when I am abroad?Of course! As long as you have access to internet you can send Greetz greeting cards.
- Can I send a Greetz greeting card abroad?Sure. When addressing the card you can choose to which country the card has to be send. Correct postage will be applied at the time you place your order.
- Can I give my cards different send dates?Greetz offers you the possibility to give every card a different senddate. You can order mutliple cards at the same time and plan them for the entire year. After creating a card you can click on 'create another card' and start ordering the next one.
- Who sends and delivers my cards?Greetz prints the cards and hands them over to Royal Mail who delivers the cards. It normally takes 1 working day for a card to arrive. While Royal Mail aim to deliver over 90% of first class mail on the following working day, this cannot be guaranteed.
- How long will it take for a card to arrive?It normally takes 1 working day after you place your order for your card to arrive. While Royal Mail aim to deliver over 90% of first class mail on the following working day, this cannot be guaranteed.
- What are the minimum requirements for my computer?Anyone with access to the internet is able to use Greetz. Your connection mode (ADSL, modm, ISDN, cable, wireless or company network) doens't make a difference. The minium requirements your computer should meet are:
Windows 2000 or XP
Internet Explorer version 8 or Mozilla Firefox 3.5
ADSL connection
30 MB free memory space
Macromedia Flash Player version 10. - What about ad blockers or pop-up blockers?Ad blockers or pop-up blockers could cause problems when you use the Greetz website. For best results, please deactivate your ad blocker or pop-up blocker when creating your card.
- What browser and Flash specifications are required?Minimum borwser and Flash requirements are: Macromedia 10 Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.6, Opera 10.51, Safari 4.0.5.
- What are the minimum requirements of an image?For a standard Greetz card (4,7x6,5 inch or 12x16,6 cm) your image (a .jpg file) should have a similair proportion and a resolution of at least 150 dpi. When creating a Greetz XL-card (6,6x9,1 inch or 16,7x23 cm) your image must have a minimum dpi of 200. Most of the photo editing programms show the amount of dpi. The maximum size of an image is 6MB.
- Do I need any special software?You don't need any special software to use the Greetz website. For the best Greetz experience Flash is required and we recommend using Internet Explorer 8.0 or Mozzila Firefox 3.6. If you want to edit your image before uploading it, you need a photo editing programm which most of the time can be found for free on the internet.
- How long does it take to upload a picture?That depends on the size of your file and the speed of your internet connection. When using a relatively fast connection, the uploading of 500KB will take a few seconds. A relatively slow connection could take up to a few minutes.
- How do I select my digital picture?Once you start creating your card, you can use the browse feature to find your picture. Then choose the next step. Your picture will appear on your screen at the next step.
- What options do I have when creating the front of the card?You can choose a card from our collection or you can use one or more photo's from yourself. For example, you can choose to use one photo as background image and/or one or more smaller photo's. This makes it possible to create a collage. You can also add a message or use stickers. Every card can be upgraded to a sound card, these cards can only be created in XL size. If you choose to create a photocard, it is also possible to get a Coverz card. These cards let you create a magazine cover by using your own photo.
- Which fonts can I use?All kind of fonts are offered by Greetz. You can select a font for both the front and the inside of the card. The fonts can be printed in different colours.
- How many characters of text can I add to the front of the card?You can add multiple lines of text. The exact number of characters depends on the size of your font and the kind of font you have selected. So, if you need more space, you can decrease the size of your font.
- Can I use multiple photos on one card?You can use one or multiple photos for each card. For example, you can choose to use one photo as background image and/or one or more smaller photo's. This makes it possible to create a collage.
- What if my picture is not the standard size?When your picture is of a non-standard size, Greetz will automatically modify it. The result of this modification wil be shown in 'view' mode. You can decide if you want to keep your picture like or change it.
- What will happen if the resolution of the photo is too low?If you use a pciture with a resolution value below 100dpi, the quality of the card cannot be guaranteed by Greetz. We will send the card as your designed it, even if the photo has a low resolution. A resolution of at least 150dpi is required to guarantee an acceptable quality. - Can I change a portrait design into a landscape or vice versa?You can choose a portrait or landscape card before you start designing your card. It's not possible to rotate the photo. You can zoom in or drag the photo within the design area. Free images which you can add can be rotated, turned and you can zoom in and out on them.
- I can't upload my photo - what should I do?
First check if the photo is jpg-standard format and smaller than 6 mb. If so, we advice to re-install flash.

Greetz customer service will contact you as soon as possible. - What kind of digital images can I use for a greeting card?Photos taken by a digital cameria, mobile phone, internet or web cam, or scanned photos can be uploaded as long as they are in JPG-standard format (filename .jpg). If your images are in a format other than JPG (e.g. .gif, .tif, .png, .bmp, .wmf), you need to save them as JPG-standard before uploading them. The minimum resolution of an image for a standard Greetz card is 150dpi and for a Greetz XL card this is 200dpi. The file may not exeed 6MB.
- Which fonts can I use?All kind of fonts are offered by Greetz. You can select a font for both the front and the inside of the card. The fonts can be printed in different colours.
- Can I adjust the front and inside of my card?You can edit your message as often as you want, including the colour and the font. Before you're going to pay, you have the possibillity to go back and edit the font and inside of your card. Just go to your shopping basket and click on "edit" next to the card.
- What are my options for the front and inside of my card?On the front or inside of your card you can write your message. You can choose from our collection of fonts and colours to make your message truly unique. You also have the possibility to use one or more photo's or stickers.
- Is it possible to save my addresses or my images at Greetz?If you register with MyGreetz, your addresses and cards will all be saved for you. You only have to enter your e-mail address and your own password to review your own data.
- Is it possible to import a file with all my addresses?You can import addresses to your Address book or when addressing your card. This can be done by using a Excel file. Make sure that there are no empty fields in the file.
- Is it possible to send cards abroad or to companies or institutions?You can use any mailing address you want in the world including those of companies and instutions. An extra line is available for this purpose.
- I don't know the postcode, doet it matter?Postal codes are required when sending card + gift. When not filling in a postcode the card can be delayed for quite a while. This is why we advice you to fill in a postcode. If you don't know the postcode you can go to http://www.royalmail.com/ to find it.
- Will I receive an order confirmation?After you have succesfully completed your payment, you will receive conformation of your order on your screen. Greetz will also send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you used when you registered. This e-mail also contains your order number. Save this information e-mail so we will be able to track your order if necessary.
- Is it save to pay at GreetzYes our site uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.
- To whom do I pay?Naturally you pay to Greetz. For the completion of internet payments, Greetz works with Ayden. Ayden looks after the safe completion of payments of all orders.
- Are their additional cost when using certain payment methods?You don't pay any addiotnal costs at Greetz. All different payment methods are completely free.
- How can I pay?
You can use Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Maestro, Solo GB and Paypal
- Will my personal data be secure?We have a firm commitment to protect your privacy and security as our customer. Greetz doesn't use your personal data. When you are registered at MyGreetz, Greetz will keep you informed about special promotions. If you don't want to receive e-mail from Greetz, you can sign out at 'Your account'.
- What do I do if I have a question?If the response to your question is not on thi page, click Customer Service at the bottom of the homepage of www.greetz.co.uk and complete the form. By using the form that will appear on your screen, you can ask your question to Greetz customer service. Greetz will answer your e-mail as soon as possible.
- What do I do if I have a complaint?Quality is one of our highest priorities. When you have a complaint about Greetz, click Customer Service at the bottom of the page and complete the form. By entering the form that appears on your screen, you can inform Greetz customer service about your complain.t Please explain your complaint clearly. We will handle it as soon as possible. Greetz will always get back to you.

- How do I create a Soundz card?It is very easy to create a Soundzcard!
There are 2 options:
1. Create a card the normal way. When arriving at Çheck your card' you can add a sound to your card. You can choose to add a sound from our library or you can record your own message.
2. Choose a card from the 'Soundz' collection. These card can also be recognized through the musical note icon next to the card. We've already added a sound to the card, but off course you can change this. Note that Soundzcards can only be ordered in XL size!
Notice! Soundz cards are only available in XL size! - What is a Soundz card?A Soundzcard is a XL size greeting card with a sound added to it. When opening the card, the recipient will hear the sound that you'va added to the card. Now you can make a card even more personal!
- What are the costs of a Soundz card?The prices of our cards can be seen at 'Prices' at the bottom of this page. A soundchip is added to the card, which makes it weigh more than a normal card. Postage of a Soundzcard is therefor higher than other cards.
